Urban Tri
Balance Festival (12th – 14th May, The Old Truman Brewery) is UK’s largest celebration of the thriving fitness scene and wellness movement. On Saturday 13th May, Balance Festival will host a unique Triathlon which will consist of three activities: HIIT, RUN, YOGA. The Urban Tri will begin with a 20-minute HIIT session at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, followed by a 6k run from the park to Balance Festival at The Old Truman Brewery, where urban triathletes will finish off this one-of-a-kind event with 30 minutes of yoga and meditation to cool down.
