3 Refreshing (And Sustainable) Coconut Water Recipes

Bank holiday weekend is a solid reminder that, sometimes, bigger actually is better and so, with a fridge stocked full of Rebel Kitchen 750ml Organic Coconut Water, why not whip up some refreshing potassium-loaded recipes to hydrate you through the weekend?

1) Passionfruit Fresca
Serves 2

Ingredients
  • 600ml coconut water
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 300ml sparkling water

Method

Combine all ingredients in a jug and mix well. Serve over ice.



Mango and Passionfruit Ice Lollies 
Serves 8

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh mango
  • 300ml coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 passionfruit

Method

Blend the mango, lime, half 2 passionfruit and coconut water.

Pour into ice lolly moulds and top with the remaining passionfruit. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

Remove from the freezer and briefly run the moulds under hot water to pull the lollies out.

The OUR/REBEL

The perfect refreshing cocktail for bank holiday weekend, made with Rebel Kitchen Coconut Water and Our/London Vodka.

Serves 1

Ingredients
  • 50ml Our/London Vodka
  • 75ml Rebel Kitchen Coconut Water
  • 4 drops orange blossom honey bitters
  • 10ml organic honey
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • 50ml soda water

Method

Shake together all the ingredients except the soda water. Pour over ice and top with soda water.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
