Bettina Campolucci

Bettina is a plant-based, sugar-free and gluten-free chef, as well as a health expert and the blogger behind Bettina's Kitchen.  She has trained and qualified as a vegan raw chef at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Institute in Los Angeles and her expertise includes nutrition, plant-based and superfood lifestyles.

Bettina has been running health retreats for over six year and currently runs and designs the menu for Heart Healing Retreat.

Bettina's journey to discovering a plant-based lifestyle was a personal one. After overcoming endometriosis and polycystic ovaries, she has witnessed first hand how certain eating habits can completely change your life.
