Utilising the wide range of exercise choices that our Rigs offer, Afterburner is a hard core functional circuit class. Get ready to use TRX training, Plyo boxes, kettle bells, battle ropes  and body weight exercises for this high intensity interval class that leaves you burning fat for hours.
     
    Third Space are excited to be working with Beaverfit to bring the only purpose built functional Rig at Balance festival. The Rig features integrated monkey bars, climbing wings and muscle up bars – for a truly Third Space experience.
